“Thomas – Trying to Believe”
John 20:24 – 28
Canada Day from 4 – 8 PM on Faith’s Lawn
We will have bouncy castles and freezies – both for free – while the city’s Canada Day celebrations (live music, activities, food) are taking place across the road at the Doug Tarry Complex. The city of St. Thomas has changed the venue from previous years when their activities and fireworks were held at Pinafore Park. You can come early and park for free here at the church, but there will be no access in and out of the parking lot between 9pm and 11pm when portions of Fairview and Southdale will be closed for the city’s fireworks. Our lawn will have the best seats in town for the fireworks which will be displayed at dusk directly south of the church.

Global Day of Prayer Service and 24/7 Prayer Vigil – “a call to encounter God with many others so that He can change us and bring forth all that He desires among the nations.”
May 23 is Pentecost Sunday and the Global Day of Prayer. Believers around the world will meet for a special service that day – in our area this service will be at Faith at 6:30pm. Leading up to that day there is an emphasis on 10 days of world-wide prayer. The Network of Evangelical Ministers have planned a 24/7 prayer vigil during that time – each church will take a different time in order to cover the 10 days. Faith’s time is 7am May 18 – 7am May 20. Stop by the table in the foyer on Sundays if you would pray at some point during those days – you will receive a specific guide for our area to help you as you pray.
“Claiming the Life God Has For You” May 9, 16
